Pizza Farm

Yesterday evening we made the trek to Stockholm, WI to try out the Pizza Farm with some of Aaron's friends and co-workers from when he worked at HCMC.  The farm raises everything they need to make a pizza, from wheat for the crust to pigs for the pepperoni.  The farm serves brick oven pizza only - patrons must bring their own plates, drinks, chairs, etc. and grab a seat on the lawn.  It was such a fun evening!  William loved visiting the farm animals and running around the grassy area.  And the pizza was delicious; I would say it's some of the best pizza I've ever had.  Yum!

I know what you are thinking...and yes, we did drive 75 miles each way for pizza...and yes, it was totally worth it!

It was also a fun place to take some pictures, even though the harsh sunlight made it difficult at times.  Here are my favorite snapshots of the evening!

I wish I could make the lilacs in this photo scratch 'n sniff

We stopped for some dessert on the way home!
