you capture - sweet

i am participating in you capture for the first time this week, hosted by beth at i should be folding laundry.  each week there is a new topic, and participants post photos of their interpretation of that topic on their blogs.  the topic this week is "sweet".

of course the most notable event from the last week was william's unexpected hospital stay.  i wouldn't describe much about that experience as sweet, but we did use aaron's iphone to capture pictures of a few sweet smiles and sweet cuddles from our sweet boy.

and we received a few gifts from our friends.  isn't that sweet?  and william absolutely loves the pinwheel.

and on a completely unrelated (but totally delicious) note, i had my first white chocolate cold press of the year from caribou coffee.  yum!

Having a baby in the hospital is incredibly hard, but there are moments of sweetness to be found.

Colleen said exactly what I wanted to say. Been there, done that. Six times. Hard, hard stuff, and yet there are blessings hidden in those experiences.

Welcome to YouCapture!

Your poor boy... I'm glad he's better now. And that smile on his face in the picture of him walking... So sweet!

It's so hard when your little one is in the hospital. I hope things are looking up. Way to be a role model and capture the sweet moments in the middle of tough times.
