William recently developed an interest in trains. We play with his train table every day (thank you grandma and grandpa!), and my arms and legs often serve as imaginary railroad tracks (as do the couch, piano, dog, bed, etc etc). William takes at least one train car with him to bed every night, and his favorite show is now Chuggington, which recently surpassed Super Why and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
To indulge his love of trains, we took him to the
Jackson Street Roundhouse this morning. His friend Theo, who also loves trains, and his parents came as well. We all got to ride in a real train engine, which William wasn't too thrilled about at first, but he eventually calmed down. It was fun to get out of the house since we will soon be homebound for a few weeks after the baby is born. I'm due in just three days!
I was playing around with my camera settings, so a lot of the pictures unfortunately didn't turn out. Part of the learning curve, I suppose!
