pass the turkey, please

my mom finally left me alone at the computer for a few minutes so i can write my first blog post. i keep them pretty busy, so they don't have much time to write on the blog. my fingers are still pretty small, so you'll have to excuse me if there are some typos.

i just wanted to show you all my two bright, shiny new teeth! i've been trying to get in as many teeth as possible in time for thanksgiving in hopes that i might get to eat some turkey. i think my parents would like that too because maybe i would slip into a long tryptophan induced nap. i don't sleep much, so that would be a nice treat for them! but even if i don't get any turkey, i definitely have enough teeth for some mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie with whipped cream. don't get me wrong, i love prunes (especially since they keep me regular!), but a thanksgiving feast sounds pretty tasty! my dad really likes mashed potatoes though, so i'll have to be extra nice to him today and maybe he'll share some with me.

i think my parents are confused...our house is filled with christmas decorations, but i haven't had to wear that turkey hat that melinda made for me yet. i don't know about it...i think i look pretty silly in it. my parents made me try it on for our neighbors joe and sarah. joe liked it so much that he wanted one made for himself. he's a pretty cool guy, so maybe that hat isn't so bad if he likes it. i just hope i don't see any cute girls when i'm wearing it...how embarrassing!

well, mom looks like she needs some distraction from doing the dishes and laundry, so i should probably start crying. that always works!

happy thanksgiving!

love,
william
