We had a very nice second (and final) Thanksgiving in Madison. Aaron’s parents came down to Madison for the weekend, and we all enjoyed a delicious Thanksgiving feast prepared by Amanda. She really outdid herself! Nobody went hungry, that is for sure! It was nice to spend the holiday with family; we certainly have a lot to be thankful for.
Aaron wrapped up his Internal Medicine rotation in Marshfield, WI on December 12th. It is very nice to have him home again! The rotation went very well, and he received very positive evaluations from all of his preceptors. Next he will spend two weeks in January at Regions Hospital in St. Paul in their Cardiology department.
In baby news, Terri just passed the 20-week point last weekend, which means her pregnancy is already half over! We have an ultrasound scheduled for Friday, December 19th, and we are excited to find out the sex of the baby. Check back for updates on that exciting news!
We are both looking forward to some time off over the holidays. We hope you all have a warm and joyous holiday surrounded by family and friends!
