commiseration
In all our spare time, you know - that time when we're not waking up with Will every hour or two, not at work, not running errands, we like to try and keep up with some of the great blogs out there in the webesphere. A personal favorite is Boy Crazy - Finding Clarity in the Chaos, a mother of three boys, wife, and dog owner who finds time to eloquently share insight into her life and daily struggles. While we usually read silently, her post today "Excuse the mess, but we live here" was quite poignant, and thought it to be worth sharing and reveling in the struggles that we all face while trying to find order and meaning to our lives. We, too, find ourselves wondering how it is that despite our best efforts to maintain a clean and organized household, that on a good day we're happy when the laundry is done and the bed is at least clear enough to get a decent night's sleep. In that vain, Boy Crazy, here is a glimpse into our household on any given day!

Yes! Real life! Put out here on the internets for all to see! I feel a little virtual hug just by looking at your photos. :) And you may even be helping me build up the courage to post some pics of what my house actually looks like! (Although you can see parts of it in the background of my photos and videos of the kids. I never notice the mess until I've posted the pic/video!)
